The Confraria Helpdesk is a new way to request assistance from the Confraria Staff, and track progress on your request.

The Confraria Helpdesk (https://www.confrariadovinhodoporto.com/helpdesk) is a place where Confrades can connect with the Confraria Staff when you need assistance.

The Helpdesk can be accessed from the link on the main Confraria Homepage Menu:

 

The simple user interface allows you to submit a Helpdesk Ticket using a submission form:

 

Once your Ticket is submitted, you will receive an email confirmation along with a ticket tracking number. The ticket will be assigned to a Staff member, who will be able to review your ticket and begin working to resolve the ticket.

The system allows email communication back and forth between the Confrade and the Confraria Staff, so it is easy to request additional information and provide updates to ensure a quick resolution of the ticket.

You can also look up the status of your open tickets at any time, and can recover your Ticket Tracking ID if you forget it.
